Job Opportunity:

Anytime Fitness is seeking a motivated and passionate Fitness Coach to join our team in Tifton. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for providing exceptional fitness coaching and customer service to our members. Your primary goal will be to help members achieve their fitness goals by modifying workout plans, providing guidance on proper form and technique, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct fitness consultations and assessments to understand members' fitness goals and develop personalized plans
• Actively market and promote personal training to acquire new members and retain existing members
• Assist in development and implementation of club programs and events to engage members and promote a healthy lifestyle
• Participate in all staff-related meetings and other required activities to stay informed and contribute to the team's success
• Conduct oneself as a role model by leading and promoting a healthy lifestyle and maintaining a positive attitude at all times when working with members

Requirements:

• A Certified Personal Training certificate or seeking to obtain one from a recognized accrediting body, such as NASM, NSCA, ACSM, WITS, AFFA, ACE, or ISSA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and inspire others
• Strong customer service and sales skills to provide exceptional service to members and promote personal training
• Ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their fitness goals
• Must be able to pass a background check and carry personal training insurance
