We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team at KH Manufacturing - North America. As an Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for electrical troubleshooting and repair of all plant equipment and utilities.
Key Responsibilities- Electrical Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues with plant equipment and utilities, including 480v and 3 phase power distribution systems.
- Complete Work Orders: Complete assigned work orders and project work promptly, maintaining a neat and orderly workplace.
- Sensor-Based System Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot sensor-based systems, including level controls, temperature controllers, and other complex electronic equipment.
- PLC Programming and Troubleshooting: Read and troubleshoot PLC code, program PLC-controlled equipment, and use PLC software to troubleshoot issues.
- Mechanical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot pneumatic, packaging, processing equipment, and utility systems.
- Electrical Schematics and Drawings: Read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings.
- Quality Systems: Support Plant Quality Systems and perform all work in a safe manner, adhering to all compliance requirements.
- Journeyman License: Must have a journeyman license in electrical work.
- Education: Must have a 2-year associate's degree in Electrical-PLC or Process Control, or 3 years of experience in Industrial Electricity and Control Systems.
- PLC Knowledge: Must have knowledge of PLC programming, especially Allen Bradley, and experience with relay logic, VFD drives, and process instrumentation.
- English Language Skills: Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
- Work Schedule: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including all shifts, extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
- OEM Experience: Experience with OEM equipment and systems.
- Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering: Knowledge of industrial and manufacturing engineering principles and practices.
- Equipment Troubleshooting: Experience with equipment troubleshooting and repair.
- Network Connectivity: Experience with network connectivity, including TCP/IP and SDWAN.
The salary for this position is $35 - $37 per hour.
