About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tire Service Technician to join our team at Discount Tire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing new tires and wheels, performing maintenance on tires, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install new tires and wheels on a variety of vehicles
  • Perform routine maintenance on tires, including rotations, balancing, and repairs
  • Provide a world-class customer service experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest tire and wheel technologies
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a tire or automotive repair environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
