Job Title: Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at PGS NH Care. As a key member of our mental health team, you will provide high-quality psychiatric care services to seniors in our community.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site psychiatric assessments and medication management to patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, and other long-term care facilities. You will work closely with facility staff to consult, educate, and coordinate care, adhering to established regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • Exercise initiative and independent judgment in providing care

Requirements:
  • State license as a nurse practitioner (required)
  • Specialty as psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP) or adult-gerontology nurse practitioner (AGNP) (preferred)
  • DEA license
  • Availability to work during normal, weekday business hours
  • Ability to stand for 20 minutes and lift 15 pounds
