**Job Title:** Part Time LPN

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team at The Village at Ocotillo. As a Part Time LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

**Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and direct resident assistants to ensure the highest level of care
* Perform resident assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Monitor response to existing treatment plans and make adjustments as needed
* Provide residents with care and support as needed
* Assist the Director of Assisted Living with staffing schedules and daily staffing issues
* Supervise Med Aides and Caregivers to ensure they are providing the best possible care
