Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at MultiCare Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines to provide evidence-based care
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
  • Current RN licensure in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced certifications in specialty area preferred
  • One year of experience in acute care setting preferred
