Key Responsibilities
  • Build clinical teams focused on service delivery, driving key business metrics, and growing core business.
  • Implement strategy, maintain internal and external relationships across markets, and ensure quality and patient safety through the execution of clinical models across markets and service lines.
  • Manage key clinical and financial metrics, including PI's, CMP, case length, days to first recheck, specialist referral rate, and other disability management and referral pattern metrics delivered by Clinical Analytics.
  • Identify the need for coding and EMR specialists intervention for field re-training, participate in risk management activities, mentor clinicians on service delivery, and work collaboratively with therapy and operations to ensure optimal support and workflows to foster a caring environment for treatment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess a current unrestricted medical license in the state of jurisdiction, a medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution, and preferred experience with physician management and occupational/preventive medicine consulting with employer groups. You should also have experience developing and leading medical quality improvement programs, understand relevant worker's compensation laws, state medical board requirements/processes, and risk management processes. Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills, including speaking, presentation, listening, telephone, negotiation, business, and medical writing skills necessary to convey information to supervisors, peers, or customers.
