Key Responsibilities
1. **Patient Care Management**: Deliver effective medical services to assess and treat patients with both acute and chronic conditions. This includes:
- Conducting thorough patient evaluations and developing tailored care plans.
- Administering treatment and follow-up care to ensure patient adherence and response to therapies.
2. **Health Promotion and Education**: Engage with patients to promote wellness and disease prevention through:
- Counseling on health maintenance, nutrition, and lifestyle choices.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
