Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Respiratory Therapist to join our dedicated team at Mission Hospital. This role is specifically for night shifts, focusing on providing exceptional care to our pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapy services to infants and children, ensuring the highest standards of care.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Equipment Management: Utilize advanced respiratory equipment, including GE R860 Adult vents and Draeger Infant/Peds vents, to support patient needs.
Qualifications
  • Licensure: Must possess a valid North Carolina Respiratory License.
  • Certification: RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist certification is required.
  • Additional Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are mandatory.
Work Schedule

This position is for night shifts, with varying weekend responsibilities. The team consists of 12-16 RRTs for adult service lines and 3-4 RRTs dedicated to NICU/Peds service lines.
