Qualifications:
  • Experience in the construction sector with a solid grasp of the cost consultant's role.
  • Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering.
  • RICS or equivalent accreditation is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and advanced spreadsheet skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
  • Determination and ambition to add value and devise solutions.
  • Aptitude for cultivating strong working relationships with project teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and being a collaborative team member.
Additional Information:

The salary range for this full-time position is $110K-$150K per year. This range reflects base salary only and does not encompass the total compensation package. Turner & Townsend reserves the right to adjust compensation based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

On-site requirements may evolve based on client needs.
