Overview

Denver Springs is a 96-bed behavioral hospital located in Englewood, CO. We offer inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment to adults, adolescents, and their families.

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Weekend Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for greeting guests, receiving calls, and directing them to the appropriate staff.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and callers
  • Perform a wide range of clerical duties, including typing, filing, copying, and message taking
  • Facilitate the flow of information through the hospital while adhering to HIPAA guidelines
  • Work closely with the Business Development and Intake departments in the patient assessment and admission process
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License preferred
  • Previous clerical and customer service experience preferred
