Therapist Role at Guidelight Health

Guidelight Health is seeking dedicated Therapists/Counselors/Social Workers to provide services to Adolescents and Adults in a PHP/IOP setting. We are looking for innovative mental health professionals to enrich our programs and deliver top-notch care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to clients admitted in Partial Hospital Program (PHP) or Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) level of care
Conduct initial evaluations, group therapy, individual therapy, case management, and crisis management to clients
Collaborate within a interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive treatment within the scope of the therapist's training, experience, and competency

Requirements:
Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work or related program from an accredited college or university
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT), and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Preferred
2 years of clinical experience in higher level of care; including IOP/PHP, inpatient, residential emergency room experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn department and job-specific software systems

Compensation:
$70,000 - $105,000 Yearly Salary
