  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Be prepared to work in a dynamic production environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Adhere to Safety Protocols: Follow all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Minimum three years of relevant experience in a maintenance technician role in a manufacturing operation capacity.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and writing English, basic math, and experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and good organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Industry Certifications: Preference may be given for industry and/or related machine certifications, as well as experience with Strikowestofen Melting and Holding Furnaces, Buhler, ABB, and Grob machinery.
