About the Job

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team at FirstLight Home Care of Guilford and Jacksonville, NC. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and conversation to clients
  • Assist with stand-by care, mobility, transfers, and personal hygiene
  • Support with continence care, light housekeeping, and safety assurance
  • Offer occasional transportation and memory care services
Requirements
  • Valid CNA or HHA certification in the State of North Carolina or at least one year of experience in home care
  • Valid driver's license, insured personal vehicle, and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
