Job Overview

At Green Front Furniture Store Inc., we are seeking a skilled Freight Transport Specialist to join our team in Farmville, VA. This role involves delivering customer orders across the VA/NC area, ensuring prompt and efficient transportation of large household merchandise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer orders on a daily basis, navigating rural and urban settings.
  • Lift 75 lbs. and assist with up to 150 lbs. on a continuous basis.
  • Maintain a valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
Requirements
  • A minimum of material handling and delivery experience, preferably with large household merchandise.
  • Prior movers' experience also considered.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Saturday work is required, as well as occasional overtime and holidays.
