Dish Attendant

At McGee Guest Home, we are seeking a dedicated Dish Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our dining area.

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and stored properly.
• Bus tables, wash dishes, and sanitize using commercial sanitizing machines.
• Set up place settings for meals, take out garbage, and assist with serving coffee, water, and juice as needed.
• Perform spot sweeping and mopping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.

• Dependable transportation to and from work.
• A valid food handlers card or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

We are a 64-bed facility located at a convenient location in Spanaway. Our residents are male, with 50% being veterans, and most are active and engaged.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $15.00 per hour, based on industry standards and the cost of living in the area. This hourly rate ensures that our staff members are fairly compensated for their hard work and dedication.
