Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented General Laborer to join our team at CHS. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general labor duties throughout the plant, including:
    • General cleanup duties such as sweeping, shoveling, power washing, painting, and scraping
    • Jack hammering and soda blasting
  • Keep all work areas in a clean, orderly, and safe condition
  • Perform grounds maintenance, including snow removal and cleanup of material spills
  • Inspect in-use equipment for seeps and leaks of process equipment
  • Assist others in preparation to unload trucks
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
