At American Hardwood Industries, we are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Lumber Handler. This position involves essential tasks in our production line, where attention to detail and a strong work ethic are key.

Position Overview:

The Lumber Handler will be responsible for stacking and organizing lumber efficiently. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a warehouse or similar labor-intensive roles, ensuring a smooth workflow in our facility.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting hourly wage of $15

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and stack lumber according to specified criteria
• Ensure that the bundles are properly aligned and free from defects
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area, particularly around production equipment
• Assist with additional tasks as directed by supervisors

Qualifications:

• Experience in warehouse operations is preferred
• Entry-level experience in labor roles is advantageous
• Background in agricultural work is a plus
• High school diploma is preferred but not mandatory
