The salary range for this position is $67,990 - $94,046 per year, depending on education and experience. Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education faculty member to join our team at Glendale Community College. As a full-time, one-year contract classroom teaching assignment in the Division of Social Sciences, you will be responsible for teaching Child Development courses using various teaching methods, maintaining records of attendance and grades, and providing regular office hours to support students.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree in Child Development or a related field, with a specialization in Early Childhood Education. Experience teaching Child Development courses at the college level, as well as experience working with young children in nationally accredited school settings, is highly desirable. You should also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a collaborative learning environment.
