* Assist in the preparation and baking of bread and pastries
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace

* Meet production deadlines and quality standards

**Requirements:**

* Strong desire to learn the craft of baking
* Ability to work in a physical environment with up to 10 hour shifts
* Availability to work weekends and third shift
* Ability to lift up to 30lbs and work with high temperatures and coolers
