We are seeking an experienced Functional System Analyst to join our Human Resources & Finance team. This role will focus on providing functional use support, process improvement, and ongoing management of our HRIS System (Banner) and its interfaces with other systems. Your expertise will be essential to optimizing internal personnel, budget & payroll processes/systems, ensuring efficiency and alignment with the organization's goals.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing existing processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
• Designing and developing new processes and procedures to enhance system functionality.
• Serving as a liaison between functional user departments and Information Technology to manage projects and tickets to resolution.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. A strong understanding of relational databases and student information systems is preferred. Experience in analyzing, documenting, and modifying business requirements is also highly valued.
