BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Make visits to clients in their homes to assess and develop individualized care plans.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate client mobility, strength, and balance.

Qualifications:
