RN Cardiac DOC FT Nights: Delivering Compassionate Care

Carondelet St. Marys Hospital is seeking a skilled RN Cardiac DOC FT Nights to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a key member of our cardiac department, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Monitor patient vital signs, telemetry monitors, and EKG interpretation to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Provide patient and family education on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Supervise and multitask to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association certification preferred.
- One year of RN experience.
