Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Staff Nurse to join our team at Jackson Health System. As a Clinical Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

About the Job

The Clinical Staff Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to ensure safe and effective treatment. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare staff to coordinate care and make informed decisions about patient care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Implementing evidence-based practices and protocols to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements

To be successful as a Clinical Staff Nurse at Jackson Health System, you will need:

  • A valid Florida RN license
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher (Associate's degree in Nursing may be considered with experience)
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in acute care/med-surg or critical care settings
  • Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and any additional applicable life support certification for Healthcare Providers
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
What We Offer

Jackson Health System offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
