Department Insight: The Progressive Care Unit is dedicated to providing direct care for patients who are moderately stable yet at an increased risk for instability. This unit emphasizes advanced monitoring, assessments, and interventions, leveraging the expertise of skilled nursing professionals.
Qualifications- Current, unencumbered RN license in Oregon is mandatory.
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification is required.
- ACLS certification is necessary for GSR PCU 2S.
- Experience in PCU and basic EKG is preferred.
- Verification of high school diploma or equivalent is required due to CAP standards.
