Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Part Time Restaurant Host to join our team at DoubleTree Suites Phoenix Airport. As a Part Time Restaurant Host, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Table Setup and Guest Greeting: Ensure all tables are properly set before seating guests, and greet them warmly as they arrive.
  • Seating and Service: Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and answer any questions they may have.
  • Dining Room Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized dining room, including the service podium.
  • Phone and Reservation Procedures: Answer phones properly and follow all reservation procedures to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • To-Go Orders and Service: Handle To-Go orders for guests and provide excellent service.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read and write English, with strong communication and hospitality skills.
  • Experience: 6-month restaurant/customer service experience preferred.
  • Availability: Must have flexible daytime and/or evening availability.
