Handyman Specialist

Nandail Property Management is seeking a skilled and proactive Independent Handyman to join our team.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work, who can deliver high-quality service and maintain our standards of excellence.

• Perform general carpentry tasks, including rough and finish carpentry, bathroom and kitchen upgrades, and remodels.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces, repair and patch drywall, and address minor plumbing and electrical issues.
• Repair and install flooring, conduct general home repairs and maintenance, and communicate effectively with clients.
• Demonstrate problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Proven experience as a handyman, proficiency in using various hardware tools and equipment, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools, reliable transportation, and flexible schedule.
• Mechanical aptitude required, and contractor or journeyman license is a plus.

• Company covers the cost of materials and gas fees.
