Job Title: Critical Care Registered Nurse

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Next Move Healthcare. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
  • Review patient history and physical with patient/family to ensure completion within the appropriate timeframe.
  • Review diagnostics and laboratory data, reporting abnormal results to the physician(s) and other appropriate caregivers.
  • Complete assessments and reassessments according to patient need and as outlined in policy.
  • Formulate a plan of care, including discharge planning, utilizing assessment data and input from the patient, family, and health team.
  • Initiate a plan of care based on patient-specific needs, assessment data, and the medical plan of care.
  • Set realistic and measurable goals for the patient, developed in conjunction with the patient/family.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience as an ICU RN
  • AK RN license required (must be licensed prior to starting)
  • BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications required
