Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Inpatient Pharmacist to join our team at a premier 500+ bed Level I Trauma Center. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in optimizing medication therapy and enhancing patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Verify medication orders and conduct patient medication assessments to ensure safe and effective treatment.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement medication management plans that align with hospital protocols and regulatory standards.
- Utilize the EPIC IT system to manage medication orders and documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in inpatient pharmacy.
- Current Pharmacist license in Pennsylvania.
- Experience in inpatient pharmacy and familiarity with the EPIC system is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
