Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Soliant. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with individuals across various age groups who are experiencing physical, emotional, or developmental challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, emotional, cognitive, and environmental needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with clients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to establish treatment goals and plans.
  • Treatment Implementation: Develop and implement individualized treatment programs aimed at improving clients' functional abilities, including activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor skills, mobility, and social skills.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Implement therapeutic interventions and modalities such as therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and sensory integration techniques.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Clinical Experience: Clinical experience in evaluating and treating individuals with diverse conditions and disabilities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
