At Life Care Center of Hixson, we believe that every job plays a vital role in our continued growth and commitment to provide quality patient care.
As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provides care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting changes in the patient's condition, assigning duties, instructing, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited LPN program, current licensure/registration in the applicable State, and one year of skilled nursing experience.
CPR certification is required upon hire or obtained during orientation.
