Responsibilities- Develop, review, and revise individualized plans of care in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders and client-specific plans of treatment.
- Monitor and record patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to relevant personnel.
- Offer education and support to clients, families, and healthcare teams on plan of treatment and care.
- Participate in quality assessment activities, staff meetings, and education programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
