Physician - Endocrinologist - Optum NY

Optum NY is seeking a highly skilled Endocrinology Specialist to join our team in Middletown, NY. As a member of our Endocrinology, Diabetes, & Metabolism Department at Crystal Run Healthcare, you will be part of a busy, well-established, state-of-the-art practice serving patients throughout Orange County, Hudson Valley, and the lower Catskills.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate, diagnose, and treat full range of endocrine system disorders, including diabetes, hyperthyroidism, and osteoporosis.
- Provide comprehensive, state-of-the-art diabetes care using a team-based approach to care.
- Perform on-site screening for osteoporosis and provide comprehensive services for the diagnosis and treatment of all thyroid disorders.
- Consult with patients about the status of their endocrine health and provide them with the latest advancements in care.
- Examine and diagnose patients, order tests, and interpret results to determine the best treatment options.

- Current New York State DEA certificate (or ability to obtain).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
