Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Custodian to join our team at Americold Logistics. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our warehouse and office spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform heavy cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
  • Operate cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers and carpet cleaners
  • Remove ice and snow from pedestrian walkways and parking lots as needed
  • Keep company grounds free of litter and debris
  • Work safely and report hazards to shift supervisor
  • Comply with OSHA standards and company safety procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including tasks outside of normal responsibilities
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred or at least one year related work experience
  • Ability to follow written or verbal instructions
  • Ability to solve routine problems
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment and safe use of cleaning chemicals
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
