Software Engineer Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team in San Diego, California.

This role will involve working with the latest technology to modernize software infrastructure production and develop software for real-time operating systems used in flight and mission-critical systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Automate deployment of Infrastructure Software (VMWare, Kubernetes, etc)
  • Integrate and automate systems for continuous build, continuous integration, continuous test, and continuous deployment pipeline
  • Develop strong verbal and written communication skills to create/update technical documentation and track status/blockers
Key Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline and 2 years of related experience, or 0 years of experience with a Master's Degree in a STEM discipline.

2+ years of experience with YAML and/or Python programming languages.

2+ years of experience with Ansible automation tool.

1+ year of experience with Virtualization technology.

1+ year of experience with a continuous integration environment (i.e., GitLab, Jenkins, Bamboo).

1+ year of experience using Agile methodology and tools like Jira and Confluence.

Active Top Secret clearance required, must be able to obtain and maintain program access.

Compensation Package

The salary range for this position is $87,200 - $130,800 per annum.
