HireUp Talent is seeking a dedicated Funding Specialist to join our team. As a Funding Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting clients and clinicians through the entire funding process, from verifying insurance eligibility to submitting professional claims.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess the ability to work well under pressure. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and work collaboratively with our Assistive Technology Specialist, Speech and Language Pathologists, and client families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify client insurance eligibility and review records for accuracy.
- Obtain precertification/authorization for services from insurance providers.
- Submit professional claims and resolve any issues that may arise.
