We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Supervisor to join our team at TFI Family Services, Inc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of Case Managers and Support Workers who work with children and families to ensure their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor Case Managers and Support Workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality services to families.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with community agencies to strengthen relationships and improve services to families.
- Advocate for families and children to ensure their needs are met and their rights are protected.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Licensed through the Kansas BSRB.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
