Pest Control Technician/Field Service Laborer
Starting Pay: $18 Per Hour

Responsibilities of the Service Technician:
- Utilize your investigative skills to evaluate and treat outdoor spaces for mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, and other pests.
- Foster strong relationships with customers through excellent service.
- Complete pesticide certification (training provided for MDA certification).
- Maintain detailed records of pest activity and treatment strategies.
- Safely operate company vehicles to reach customer locations while adhering to traffic regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management to achieve common goals.
Qualifications for Service Technicians:
- Valid driver's license and a clean background check.
- Ability to carry 40-60 lbs of equipment in warm weather.
- Previous experience in pest control is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent customer service skills to reassure clients.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Team-oriented with good time management skills.
