  • Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Baker to join our team at Cipriani. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality and customer service.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and other baked goods.
    • Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
    • Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers.
    • Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure products are baked to perfection.
    • Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings.
    • Roll, cut, and shape dough for cookies, pies, cakes, and other baked goods.
    • Assist in decorating pastries and cakes.
  • Requirements:
    • Formal training in baking or pastry arts preferred.
    • Familiarity with commercial baking equipment.
    • Creative skills for decorating cakes and pastries.
    • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Work Environment: This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to maintain a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
