Scaffold Yard Worker

Stepup Scaffold is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Yard and Warehouse Employee. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products throughout our facility.

• Inspect inbound and outbound shipments to confirm product quality and accuracy
• Pull and prepare product for shipment, guaranteeing correct product is dispatched
• Perform picking duties effectively according to our superior customer service standard
• Load product from staging and/or storage areas into flat bed or boxed trailers using a forklift or alternative material handling equipment
• Maintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion
• Perform minor maintenance on the forklift or other equipment
• Keep accurate records and reports to guarantee precise inventory controls and security
• Assist in physical inventories and perform proper stock rotation
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area
• Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years verifiable forklift operation experience
• Certificate preferred
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Good math skills
• Able to withstand temperatures in a typical warehouse/open yard environment
