About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Cheese Monger to join our team at Ball's Food Stores. As a Cheese Monger, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sharing your passion for cheese with guests, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a thorough knowledge of our cheese offerings, including varieties, origin, and pairing suggestions.
Provide personalized recommendations to guests, taking into account their preferences and dietary needs.
Maintain a clean and organized cheese display, ensuring that products are properly stocked and rotated.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
A passion for cheese and a willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
