We are seeking a skilled Restoration Operator to join our team at SERVPRO of Austin & Albert Lea/Mason City.

About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be making a difference every day. As a Restoration Operator, you will be responsible for preparing rooms/areas for work activities, setting up staging areas and equipment for each project, communicating with management and other operators to maintain efficient production processes, performing production processes as directed, and performing end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare Rooms/Areas for Work Activities: Set up staging areas and equipment for each project.
  • Communicate with Management and Other Operators: Maintain efficient production processes.
  • Perform Production Processes: As directed.
  • Perform End-of-Day/End-of-Job Cleanup and Breakdown: Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License
Skills and Physical Demands
  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Climbing and Working at Heights: Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
  • Repetitive Tasks: Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
  • Work with Cleaning Agents: Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
  • Background Check: Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
