About the Position

We are seeking a Therapeutic Team Support Specialist to join our team at Center For Mental Health. In this critical role, you will work closely with our therapeutic team to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with severe disabilities in a 24-hour group home facility.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, house maintenance, and supervision of residents
  • Provide crisis intervention and support clients with medication monitoring
  • Coordinate socialization and recreational activities for clients
  • Transport clients to Day Treatment and participate in Day Treatment activities
Requirements and Qualifications
  • MT Driver's License and vehicle required
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to transport clients
  • Completion of high school or equivalency
  • One-year job-related experience serving persons with severe disabilities or CNA experience preferred
