Compensation: $45,000/Yr to $60,000/Yr.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, both in person and over the phone, utilizing standardized customer service techniques.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and reference service history to accurately identify service needs.
- Recommend services based on your knowledge and communicate additional recommendations from the Automotive Technician clearly to customers.
- Promote the sale of relevant services, parts, and accessories, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the products and their service requirements.
- Provide customers with precise quotes that include costs and completion timelines for approved services, along with regular updates on service status.
- Ensure proper procedures are followed when processing customer transactions, including reviewing completed inspections and explaining warranties.
- Conduct follow-up calls post-repair and for declined services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track returns, core returns, and warranty parts for customers.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not mandatory.
- Professional appearance and ability to thrive in a process-driven environment.
- Possess a valid driver's license or obtain one within 30 days of hire.
- Availability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.
