Job Description

As a Medical Faculty Member for Pathology Teaching, you will be responsible for educating preclinical medical students and graduate students in pathology, implementing longitudinal board review curricular integration, and coordinating pathology for Problem Based Learning (PBL) pathways. Your expertise will contribute to curriculum development and evaluation, and you will serve as a content expert in your area of specialization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ph.D., D.O., or M.D. degree with previous teaching experience in pathology at the medical college level
  • Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with faculty from other disciplines
  • Desire to teach in a student-centered environment using innovative methods
  • Evidence of research productivity and potential for success in obtaining extramural research funding
