The Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team and drive the success of our blockchain ecosystem. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that align with our company's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with our leadership team to break down visions and strategies into actionable product features and improvements.
  • Create detailed specifications of products and features, including technical requirements.
  • Conduct user research and surveys to inform product decisions.
  • Lead UI/UX designers to produce wireframes and UI/UX breakdowns optimized for the best user experience.
  • Develop accurate medium-term roadmaps that span multiple functions, including product, engineering, and operations.
  • Present detailed metrics and breakdowns of audiences, behaviors, and flows to reinforce confidence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, finance, or computer science/engineering.
  • Master's degree in business administration from a Tier 1 school is highly desirable.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with 6+ years of product management experience and 5+ years as a hands-on product manager.
  • Demonstrated experience taking a product from 0 to 1 and 10 to 100 in a B2C setup.
  • Prior professional experience working with the DeFi or trading web3 community (B2B or B2C).
  • Strong quantitative data analysis and critical thinking skills, with sharp attention to detail.
  • Experience in driving high-quality user experience and ability to build detailed wireframes.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with a flair for organizational managerial skills.
  • Self-motivated, stellar work ethic, and fun collaborator.
