- Clinical Planning: Develop and implement acute and long-term care plans or service plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies and provide critical care as needed.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open communication with physicians, family members, and other healthcare staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Accurately document resident information, including health changes, medication administration, and other relevant details.
- Education and Training: Provide educational sessions for residents and staff on health-related topics, promoting a culture of wellness and awareness.
- Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a skilled, sub-acute, or memory care setting.
- Certifications: Current Registered Nurse's License, with no judgments against it, in the state of practice, and CPR certification.
- Language Skills: Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, residents, and third parties.
- Technical Competencies: Basic computer skills.
