Key Responsibilities- Provide courteous and efficient service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently, using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information.
- Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work flow, and perform duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including counters and shelves, and restock merchandise as needed.
- Assist with inventory management activities, such as ordering, unpacking, and storing shipment of pharmaceuticals.
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
- Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment, and prior work experience with Walgreens.
- Prefer good math skills and computer skills.
