Preschool Classroom Lead

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Preschool Classroom Lead to join our team at Around the World Childrens Ctr. As a Toddler and Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages learning and growth in our students.

The salary for this position is $62,500 - $72,500 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in our students
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Collaborate with the teaching team to design curriculum and improve educational programs
- Monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to parents

Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
