Motivated Security Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Fire Safety Director to join our team. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage tenant and guest access to client properties
  • Perform safety, security, customer service, and public relations duties
  • Respond to emergencies and carry out policies and procedures
  • Monitor fire command stations and respond to alarms
  • Control access to client facilities and screen visitors and employees
  • Prepare logs and reports as required
  • Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity
Requirements
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to obtain a State Guard License in New Jersey or New York
  • Current Fire Safety Director License (F-58/Z-50/F59/F89/F85)
  • Ability to operate radio and telephone equipment and console monitors
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
